Service & booking policies.

If you need to cancel, please notify Dézha Vu Spirits at least seven calendar days before your scheduled event. Early notice helps release the date and avoid unnecessary preparation.

All payments are non-refundable, including the 20% booking deposit. Please confirm your date, location, guest count, and package details carefully before submitting payment.

Packages include four hours of service. If service continues beyond the scheduled end time, the additional-hour charge begins as soon as the extra hour starts. Additional hours are charged at $50 each and remain subject to bartender availability.

The customer is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol required for the event. Dézha Vu Spirits does not sell or supply alcohol. Package inclusions such as mixers, fresh garnishes, ice, disposable cups, straws, napkins, bar tools, setup, and breakdown are provided as listed.

Alcohol will only be served to guests who are 21 years of age or older. Guests may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID before being served.

Dézha Vu Spirits reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any person. Service will be refused to guests who appear highly intoxicated or when serving them would be unsafe or irresponsible.
